Our ScarSmooth Tape is made of medical-grade silicone. This non-irritation, pain free tape mimics the natural skin barrier and protects fragile and sensitive skin during scar maturation. The design of the tape allows it to be customized to a variety of scars shapes and sizes for a best fit.For best results, we recommend the following strategy:

Utilize our ScarSmooth System only on closed wounds. Do not use on open wounds. Most scars benefit from therapy starting 3 weeks from the time of surgery or injury. In most individuals, scar maturation may take up to 2 years.
