Directions

For best results, we recommend the following strategy:

Utilize our ScarSmooth System only on closed wounds. Do not use on open wounds. Most scars benefit from therapy starting 3 weeks from the time of surgery or injury. In most individuals, scar maturation may take up to 2 years.

Apply a thin layer of ScarSmooth Gel over the scar after cleansing or showering.

Gently massage gel into wound. For best results, continue up to 2 minutes.

Once fully incorporated, cut to customize ScarSmooth tape over the gel and press into place. May wear up to 23 hours a day. Tape may be re-used (take off before showering) for up to a week before replacing.

Ingredients

Panthenol (provitamin B5) increases moisture and cell regeneration.

Collaxyl, a trademarked ingredient from France, promotes wound healing and reduces the formation of scar.

Allantoin gently heals skin and is known for its anti-irritating properties.

Rosehip Seed Oil is renowned for its skin healing properties.

Silicone benefits the scar healing process as it forms an occlusive moist healing environment.
